Free local shipping

Local shipping is available at a flat fee of $8.50 per order. Local shipping is free with spend of $250 and above.

Flat rate international shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally via DHL for a flat fee of S$50. For orders above S$400, we offer free international shipping. All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs, and government service tax) which are set by the destination country. Taxes and tariffs imposed by your country will be borne by the recipient; the international shipping fees excludes these fees.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Thus we will accept  exchanges of full-priced items, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date of purchase. All customised items, packaged items, perishable items, innerwear, earrings and any item priced below SGD$10 cannot be exchanged or returned. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. To process a refund in store credits, please file the return here:

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval please mail us your return item, and your store credit refund will be processed and credited to you via a Gift Card within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Return postage fees will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage service or a reliable courier service. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. KEEPERS reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded and exchanged.
